Q1: Can I buy this watch to use in USA and France?

A1: Yes, you can use it in any country (except China mainland), because it is Global version. Not worry about the version problem.

Q2: When i insert sim card, why the watch has not recognized?

A1: Firstly, please make sure your sim card is from your country main GSM company, because some small GSM company sim card is not compatible; secondly, please make sure your sim card is fit forFDD-LTE: B1 B2 B3 B4 B5 B7 B8 B12(17) B20 B28A (Or B1 B3 B5 B7 B8 B38 B39 B40 B41), also open the 4G internet and have money; the lastly, please turn off the watch,then insert nano sim card to watch well until you can hear the Rebounding sound which means the sim card insert good.. then turn on the watch.. then it is ok.

Q3: When i insert sim card, the watch show input pin code, what can i do?

A1: Please take out the sim card from watch, put this sim card to your mobile phone to remove this pin code, then use it back to watch, then it is ok.

Q4: Should i have to install the app to bind for the watch?

A4: Yes, you have to install the APP Setracker or Setracker 2 in your mobile phone to bind the watch.

Q5: Why the app notify ” internet offline / device offline”?

A5: Firstly, please make sure your sim card have 4g data and money, then please make sure you choose the correct IP address during you register in the app. If you choose the wrong IP address, please contact us to reset for your watch, then it is ok.

Q6: Why the watch is not used GPS for position? Does this watch really have GPS?

A6: Yes, we promise the watch have GPS, because the watch have GPS+LBS+WiFi position, the watch automatically firstly choose WiFi for position, when no WiFi connect for watch, the watch will automatically choose GPS or LBS for position, it is up to which signal is stronger.
