SAIBUSI’s production process

（1）Material selection:

SAIBUSI will never make any savings from raw materials and processing. Because these savings may lead to deformation, discoloration of the frame, and even skin allergies. We choose titanium or top-level Italian acetate as the main material.

（2）Electroplating:

Titanium materials are vacuum plated to avoid color fading.

（3）Polishing:

Each frame undergoes 28 rounds of manual polishing. (Only one frame can be made and polished at a time, so the texture is better, but the labor cost is very high.)

Others’ production processes

（1）Material selection:

They start from raw materials to save costs, such as using ordinary acetate or metal for processing, which can cause deformation and discoloration of the frame and even cause skin allergies during long-term wearing.

（2）Electroplating:

Their frames are treated with ordinary and inexpensive water electroplating, which can cause discoloration after 3 to 6 months of wearing.

（3）Polishing:

They use machines for batch polishing, which can effectively reduce processing costs, but the polishing effect is very poor.
